Kevin Akermann Biography

My Name is Kevin Akermann. I work as session drummer, percussionist. Furthermore I give drumming lessons. I've been working as live and studio drummer with various Swiss Bands (Pigeons on the Gate, James the Butler, Chuck Leavell Project, Lucky Wüthrich, Private Blend, Chris K. King uvm.). Since I was a kid I’ve been fascinated by music, especially drumming. Pretty soon it was clear, I want to do that for my living.

I studied and graduated at HKB Bern an achieved my Master diploma Pop/Rock focus on music pedagogy.
My second passion is no doubt teaching. I love to share my knowledge and skills with others.
Presently I give drumming lessons at various music schools.
